Richly golden, with the texture of runny honey, this Organic Olive Oil is a culinary classic elevated to its zenith. 100% coratina olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed to produce a completely unrefined extra virgin olive oil with a unique taste: bitter, with hints of pepper and artichoke, with a smooth almond finish.

This extra-virgin olive oil is an excellent source of vitamins E and K as well as phenol alcohols and acids, secoiridoids, lignans and flavones. All of these nutrients have powerful free-radical-fighting properties and slow oxidative damage in the body. Vitamins E and K may also have benefits for the cardiovascular health and skin.
