This Pumpkin Seed Oil comes from Styria, a region in Austria which is world-famous for its exquisite emerald-green oil. This oil is made using a traditional process which involves a dedicated ‘Press Master’, who uses generations of experience to judge the perfect moment at which to cold-press the oil.
