Reishi mushroom has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for thousands of years to help enhance one’s ‘vital energy’.

Meanwhile, modern science suggests that reishi can help support your natural immune function. This is due to its high levels of anti-inflammatory triterpenes and polysaccharides.

Erbology grows their reishi mushrooms in carefully controlled conditions on organic lignocellulosic substrate. This means that this powder is made of pure mushroom, with no filler, and is exceptionally high in beta-glucans. These special polysaccharides are noted for their immunity-boosting effects.

Try half a teaspoon of this organic reishi powder stirred into hot drinks such as tea, coffee and hot chocolate. You can take reishi up to twice a day, but remember to take a break after 6-8 weeks.
